To create a Legend the Legend Sheet is required. This chapter describes Level and Core Stats that will be used when playing a Legend. The Core Stats are used in Role-playing, Exploration and Battles.

Want to quickly level your Legend using the calculator?

The level is the most central statistic in Late Legends. It is a representation of a Legends overall power. Levels are used to power a Legend in Core Stats, Battle Stats, Abilities, and a chosen Class.

Starting Level

6 Core Stats Points - Starting from Level 1, each legend can increase any Core Stat by using 1 Core Stat point, but you may not spend more than 3 in the same Core Stat for now. This means you can increase 2 Core Stats by 3 or all 6 Core Stats by 1 (and every other option in between).

Choose a Class - Choose one of the 35+ Classes! Each Class has 3 Skill Trees, an Ultimate and a Passive. For now, you gain the first skill of all 3 skill trees and the Passive.

4 Ability Points - Starting from Level 1, each legend can increase any Ability Score by using 1 Ability Point.

Levels 2, 3, 4, 5, 7 and 8

3 Core Stats Points - Each legend can increase any Core Stat by using 1 Core Stat point, but keep in mind that each Core Stat has a Maximum based on your Level (Max = Level + 2). The 3 Core Stat Points can be used on any Core Stat if it is below the current maximum.

1 Class Skill - Choose a new skill from your chosen Class. Keep in mind that the can only level the skills in a skill tree in order. You cannot choose the Ultimate Skill (yet).

2 Ability Points - Each legend can increase any Ability Score by using 1 Ability Point.

On the following Levels, gain 3 Core Stat points (keep the Level+2 maximum in mind). You can also learn 1 new Skill in order. Finally, gain 1 Trick or Talent

Level 6

3 Core Stats Points - Each legend can increase any Core Stat by using 1 Core Stat point, but keep in mind that each Core Stat has a Maximum based on your Level (Max = Level + 2). The 3 Core Stat Points can be used on any Core Stat if it is below the current maximum.

Class Ultimate - You learn the Class Ultimate!

2 Ability Points - Each legend can increase any Ability Score by using 1 Ability Point.

Level also increases two Battle Stats: Power and Max Health.

Core Stats

The six big numbers, Core Stats are in the center of all Legends. Core Stats Start on 0 and are increased each time the Legend gains a Level (including the starting Level). Core Stats are used as a basis for Battle Stats, Abilities and are used in Class Skills.

Strength (STR) determines the strength of your legend. This is mostly used on overpowering targets, moving targets and just look insanely strong. Strength is also associated with physical prowess.

Abilities: Each point of Strength increases either Athletics, Overpower or Wreck by 1.

Battle Stats: Physical Armor, Physical Block Chance, Critical Bonus.

0 Strength does not mean a Legend has NO Strength at all. The 0 just means that the Legend has no bonus when making Strength Checks.

Intelligence (INT) determines the power of the Legend’s mind. This includes problem-solving, learning and memory. Intelligence is also associated with magical prowess.

Abilities: Each point of Intelligence increases either Civilization, Magics, Nature, Medicine or Machinery by 1.

Battle Stats: Magical Armor, Magical Block Chance, Critical Chance.

Endurance (END) determines the survivability of the Legend. This includes the Legends immune system, enduring long days of work and overall Health.

Abilities: Each point of Endurance increases either Survival, Fortitude or Concentration by 1.

Battle Stats: Max Health and Block Bonus.

Agility (AGI) determines how fast the Legend is. This includes moving swiftly and quietly, pickpocketing and other agile movements. Agility will be used to determine who will act first when two or more characters want to do something at the same time.

Abilities: Each point of Agility increases either Acrobatics, Nimbleness or Trickery by 1.

Battle Stats: Movement and Dodge Chance.

Sensory (SEN) determines the Legend’s awareness. This includes everything that has to do with seeing, hearing, smelling and feeling (even divine).

Abilities: Each point of Sensory increases either Awareness, Cluefinding or Observation by 1.

Battle Stats: Critical Bonus and Block Bonus.

Luck (LUC) determines how lucky the Legend is. This is included specifically for random effects. Luck will also be used when a Check cannot be determined using the other 5 Core Stats.

Abilities: Each point of Luck increases either Animal Taming, Entertainment or Negotiation by 1.

Battle Stats: Critical Chance and Dodge Chance.
